This is our version of a classic Belgian Saison / Farmhouse Ale. We brew this beer to be a simple yet elegant, yeast driven beer. This is our nod to the classic farmhouse ales of the Wallonian region of Belgium. Fermented with our house yeast, this beer throws heavy citrus, bubblegum, white pepper and peach aromas, with a touch of funkiness that is to be expected from this style. It ends with a long dry finish begging you to take another sip.
