A SIMPLE GRAIN BILL OF PILSNER AND CARAPILS MALT SETS THE STAGE FOR THE HOP AND YEAST EXPRESSION IN THIS SIMPLE PILSNER. IT IS HOPPED THROUGHOUT THE BOIL WITH TRADTIONAL CZECH SAAZ HOPS AND THEN FERMENTED LOW AND SLOW WITH OUR HOUSE LAGER YEAST. POST FERMENTATION WE ALLOW THE BEER TO MELLOW AND NEAR FREEZING TEMPERATURES FOR AN ADDTIONAL 4 WEEK. iT’S CLEAN, CRISP, DRY AND TRADTIONAL. a PERFECT YEAR ROUND BEER.
