HOPS: US CASCADE, US CENTENNIAL

ABV: 5.6% abv

Our beloved American Red Ale, Langley! Named for one of our favorite regulars and closest friends, Bill. Bill is responsible for a lot of the construction you see in our restaurant and tasting room. He is also a big fan of red ales. Whe he asked us to make one that fit his standards, we jumped at the opportunity. This beer was brewed with a strong base of Munich and 2-Row Barley along with a selection of caramel and roasted malts. It is hopped lightly with American hops and then fermented with a classic American ale yeast. Post-fermentation we allow the beer to mellow for an additional 2 weeks to help bring out flavors reminiscent of toffee, caramel, fresh baked bread and a touch of light roast coffee. It is the perfect afternoon session beer and a perfect compliment to our pub menu. Thanks Bill!
