HOPS: US NUGGET, US CENTENNIAL, US CITRA

ABV: 6.0% abv

OUR HOUSE IPA, THIS BEER IS THE PERFECT CROSS BETWEEN A HAZY IPA AND AN AMERICAN IPA. iT IS BREWED WITH A BLEND OF WHETA AND OAT MALTS FOR A STURDY BASE TO THE BEER. IT IS HOPPED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS WITH A BLEND OF OLD SCOOL AND NEW SCHOOL HOPS FOR NOTES OF CITRUS, PINE AND RESIN. WE FERMENT THIS BEER WITH A CLEAN AMERICAN ALE YEAST AS TO NOT GET IN THE WAY OF THE MALT AND HOPS. IT’S A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF OLD MEETS NEW.
