OUR FLAGSHIP ALE! this beer has been with us for almost a decade. the beer itself is simple yet complex. it is brewed with a blend of pilsner malts and flaked corn, which helps the beer lead with a grain and malt forward body. we hop it lightly with american grown cascade for subtle floral notes. It is fermented with a clean ale yeast and allowed to mellow colder for an addtional couple of weeks. it’s clean and crisp and a perfect entry into the craft beer market.
